Established in 1997 through a strategic partnership between the Government of Sudan, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), and regional financial institutions, Arab Sudanese Seed Company (ASSCO) plays a vital role in national food security. Operating specialized processing facilities and extensive agricultural acreage across key Sudanese states, ASSCO produces high-yield, certified seeds and hybrids for strategic field crops, grains, and vegetables to support smallholders and commercial farming networks.
