NPSD Team Leader (International Role)

Position Details

• Job Title: Team Leader (2 International Positions)
• Location: Tawila, Khartoum, or Zalingei, Sudan
• Contract: Full-time
• Reports to: Head of Programs
• Supervises: Senior National Protection Officer and International Protection Officer.

Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in:
  • Human Rights
  • International Humanitarian Law
  • Refugee Law
  • Human Security
  • Negotiation/Mediation
  • Related field
• At least 5 years of experience in:
  • Humanitarian protection
  • Refugee/IDP programming
  • Child protection
  • Civilian protection
  • Human security
• Management experience in complex security environments.
• Experience with negotiation and mediation.
• Strong conflict analysis skills.
• Excellent English.
• Arabic is strongly preferred.
