Petrolines for Crude Oil Ltd. (PETCO) is Sudan’s state-backed midstream oil company responsible for operating and maintaining the country’s main crude transport infrastructure. Founded in 2014, PETCO took over pipeline operations from the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC) as part of nationalization efforts.
